Have an event or information you would like to share with parishes in the Diocese of Sandhurst?
A bulletin notice is a great way to do this. Parishes in the Diocese of Sandhurst publish a printed and/or digital ‘Bulletin Notice’ which is distributed to parishioners each week, usually from Friday and over Saturday and Sunday.
Organisations, groups and individuals seeking to have information promoted in parishes of the Diocese of Sandhurst via parish bulletin notices, and parish notice boards, must complete an online ‘bulletin notice’ submission.
Submissions made by Tuesday 11.00 am, will be distributed to Parishes the following day, i.e., Wednesday at 1.00 pm (subject to approval) and be included in parish bulletins distributed in the same week, usually on Friday and over the weekend.
Bulletin Notices must meet the Guidelines and all Guest Speakers must have approval from the Bishop or Administrator.
The inclusion of a submitted bulletin notice in a parish bulletin is at the discretion of the parish, or parish priest.
Important Notes
• Submissions must be received by Tuesday, 1:00 pm to be considered for distribution in the same week. Late submissions will be held over until the following week.

The Diocese of Sandhurst recognises the traditional owners of the lands upon which we live, serve and worship.
We acknowledge the people of the Northeastern regions of our Diocese, Djilmathang, Minjajambuta, Duduroa and Waywurru.
We acknowledge the people of the Southern regions of our Diocese, the Dja Dja Wurrung and the Taungerung.
We acknowledge the people of the Northern regions of our Diocese, the Yorta Yorta and Bangerang.
We acknowledge the people of the Western regions of our Diocese, the Baraparapa peoples.
We respectfully honour and acknowledge their ongoing custodianship and their connections to the land, waters and animals. We pay our respects to their culture, their Elders, past, present and emerging, for they hold the memories, the traditions, the culture and the hopes of their peoples.
We express our gratitude in the sharing of this land, our sorrow for the personal, spiritual and cultural costs of that sharing and commit ourselves to actively working alongside First Nations People for healing, reconciliation and justice.
